SALES SUPPORT
You must be an organised, experienced administrator, who will be responsible for the management of the office, the order processing and invoicing and to help support the sales and marketing team.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
With a passion for helping others, you will be able to confidently assist end-users and our resellers with technical enquiries on our software following comprehensive training from our team.
Experience of supporting Windows 2000/2003 Server and Windows XP Professional is essential, along with familiarity of TCP/IP, HTTP, IIS and Microsoft networking. You will need to demonstrate strong customer service skills to complement your current IT skills.
