JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
You will be keen to develop your IT and customer service skills, helping your colleagues to provide a quality service to customers.
With a passion for helping others and after an initial training period, you will be able to confidently assist end-users and resellers with technical enquiries on our software, escalating and reporting to your colleagues where required. You will also be keen to assist with day-to-day technical tasks within Forensic Sofware.

- Deliver first line telephone support for our end-users and resellers
- Assist with product development and quality-testing of new releases
- Support the internal network and staff users
- Ensure that all functions are executed in a manner which will create a positive perception of our business
Experience of Windows Operating Systems is considered essential and any previous use of Windows Server products will be an advantage.
Please note that a full current UK driving licence is also required as it is possible that the role will develop to involve some travel to customer sites in the future.
