Use this form to initiate a remote support session when directed to by a support technician.
Enter the relevant details in each field and select 'Send Request' to begin downloading the remote support client software. Choose 'Open' or 'Run' when instructed to install the software to your computer.
Once the software is installed, a technician will request permission to control the computer which you must confirm on the computer to continue.
