Error 1324: The folder path… contains an invalid character

Symptom
You get the following error while running the PCE Server setup;

Error 1324: The folder path folder name contains an invalid character.

Reasons
1. The Microsoft Windows Installer file is damaged or is not installed properly.

2. Your CD-ROM drive uses a real mode (16-bit) driver.

3. The microprocessor (CPU) installed in your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements needed to run the program.

4. The computerdoes not have enough hard disk space.
